The mission of Facilities Services at Illinois State University is to provide safe, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sustainable buildings and grounds which are conducive to the delivery of education.
Facilities Services consists of three departments: Facilities Management, Facilities Planning and Construction and the Office of Energy Management. The departments are part of the Planning and Facilities Services unit reporting to the Senior Associate Vice President for Finance, Planning, and Facilities. The departments are responsible for the development and maintenance of the Illinois State University campus building and grounds.
