Employee Events & Recognition

The steering committee creates opportunities for employees to get together, be recognized for life events, and provide additional funding for employee sponsored programs. For instance, the committee organizes incentive programs, "thank you" breakfast and dinner each year, sends flowers or memorials in the event of a death in the employee's family, and celebrates significant life events such as births, marriages, employee graduations, etc.
