The Campus Services unit of the Facilities Management Department is made up of building service workers, forepersons, supervisors, assistant superintendents, and a superintendent. Their job is to maintain the cleanliness of all buildings on the Illinois State University campus. Custodial Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the exception of approved holidays and administrative closure days.

For questions regarding scheduling of specific areas, call the Building Services Department at (309) 438-2032. To report emergency cleaning needs or to request special cleaning services for event support, please call the Customer Service Center at (309) 438-5611.

Intricate cleaning of things such as blinds, windows, trim, etc. can be requested and scheduled by calling the Customer Service Center at (309) 438-2032.

Building Services is happy to accommodate special requests for cleaning for events, visitors, and other occasions. Please contact the Customer Service Center at (309) 438-2032 to coordinate cleaning, set-up and any other services you may need.
