Building Key Services
Building Key Services is a unit within Facilities Management that provides keys and building access to university faculty, staff, and graduate students.
At this time, Key Requests are still being processed through the Key Request Form or the Campus Mainframe System. Please complete the Key Request Form with proper signatures and return to Campus Box 9000 Facilities Management, Building Access. To request access to the Mainframe, visit www.ts.ilstu.edu. To request a new signon, select NVAS Signon Update Request. To request additional access to the Mainframe, select CICS Transaction Request (Online). To access keys, request PPOS and KEYR transactions. In the future, building access (keys and electronic access) requests will be incorporated into iServiceDesk.
