The mission of Facilities Services at Illinois State University is to provide safe, functional, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable buildings and grounds which are conducive to the delivery of education.
Facilities Services consists of four departments: Facilities Management, Facilities Planning and Construction, the Office of Energy Management, and Parking and Transportation. Chuck Scott, Associate Vice President of Facilities Management, Planning and Operations and his departments report to the Vice President for Finance and Planning. The departments are responsible for the development and maintenance of the Illinois State University campus building and grounds. Together we strive to create a well-maintained and aesthetically beautiful campus environment.
