Outlook Email: Your Illinois State University's email can be accessed through Illinois State University's Office 365 (recommended), Outlook Desktop App, and mobile device.
- Illinois State University's Office 365: Simply access your Outlook email by go to Office365.ilstu.edu and enter your Illinois State email address (e.g., ulid@ilstu.edu) and password. Then, click Sign In. Learn more about Illinois State University's Office 365.
- Outlook Desktop App: You need to have the Outlook Desktop app installed on your computer.

- TMA Systems: To access to TMA Systems when you are off campus,you need to connect through VPN.

VPN: Virtual Private Networking (VPN) allows students, faculty, and staff to securely connect tothe campus networkfrom any off-campus location. Once connected, you will be able to operate in the same way you would if you were on campus.
